Fantastic Voyage: Colour comps update

Changing the foreground to a black silhouette I think makes the animation feel less like a snowy landscape but now this seems very gothic in style which with the right script over the top of it could lead give the same sort of story telling that 'The three brothers' use.

  1. I agree that it feel more gothic but maybe you could remove some of the black in the foreground and replace it with colour? These comps feel much more like the deathly hallows and less ice age ;)

  2. I think with the different colours it could be a different stage for the fern, such as 5 being when its trying to survive, and 4 when it is back to be luscious and healthy :)

    2. yeah I think I may incorporate the use of different colour backgrounds to represent different parts of the narrative to help symbolize the rebirth of the ferns within the worn out world, thank you :)

    3. Hey Ant. I agree with Rosalyn. You could use the different colour comps to describe the different stages. That way, in terms of your overall concept, you will successfully steer yourself away from the snowy feel that you initial concept might have portrayed.
