I saved them! :), Here are my first 9 thumbnails about my lair. I was thinking about a central tombstone that is huge in the center of the cave/tomb. The light coming from it I was thinking maybe a the sun light coming through the top of the cave, and maybe having some water in the cave to give it a sense of holiness. Also rivers start at the top of mountains so this could be the area where the river starts from, hence the water inside of the tomb.
wow! These are really cool! I like numbers 1,3,4 and 6 -they look very cinematic to me :D

Hey :), Yeah that's what I am focusing on the inside of the mountains where they have carved into the mountains to create these places/rooms :)
DeleteHey Ant - yes - very atmospheric; I was just thinking about Stone Henge - about the way it was a proto-clock, with the sun entering it at particular time (or I might be making this up) - my point being is that maybe your 'secret lair' could also have some function re. the summer solstice or similar, so that at a particular moment, the sun could enter Queen's chamber and do something cinematic and symbolic at a particular moment (which would be the moment you'd choose for your secret lair render). Anyway - just a thought in passing :)
